Every product photo on this website is an original, real-life photograph of our actual work. We do not use stock images or AI-generated representations of our jewelry. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our imagery and content is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to HIMAEL and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

2. Product Descriptions & Natural Variations
We strive to describe our pieces as accurately as possible. However, because our pieces are handcrafted using raw, natural stones and pearls, slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural and celebrated as the unique characteristics of your piece. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for an incorrect price. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Custom Sizing & Returns
We offer complimentary custom sizing. By submitting your measurements, you acknowledge that custom-sized pieces are final sale and non-refundable. For standard pieces, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Counterfeit & Third-Party Disclaimer (Zero Tolerance)
HIMAEL does not authorize any third-party websites, social media accounts, or individuals to sell our products. We do not take responsibility for counterfeit, pirated, or replica products purchased from unauthorized sellers. If you suspect you have purchased a counterfeit item, please contact us immediately at support@himael.com. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or negative experiences resulting from the purchase of counterfeit goods.
