30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your HIMAEL piece. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned
Items that have been resized or altered are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@himael.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or design. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
